Thank you for visiting and shopping at Over Maker Studio (itsovermaker.com). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Please keep in mind that almost all of our premium collectibles, masks, and kits are made-to-order and meticulously handcrafted in our workshop.

Production/Handling Time: Each product listing specifies its individual production time (ranging usually from 14 to 30 business days). This is the time required to cast, clean, paint, assemble, and pack your piece before it leaves our studio.

Shipping Time: This is the transit time after the item is handed over to the carrier. Shipping time begins once your production window is complete.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide from our hub in Brazil. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, where you can choose between two main options:

Standard Shipping: Cost-effective, reliable transit.

Express Shipping: Faster courier service (DHL/FedEx or equivalent) for time-sensitive orders.
Free Shipping Promotion

Orders totaling $150 USD or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

For orders under $150 USD, standard shipping rates will apply based on your location and package weight.
3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Over Maker Studio is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order upon entering your country.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We highly recommend checking your country's import regulations if you have questions about potential local fees.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your piece is finished and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to follow your package's journey directly to your doorstep.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take extreme pride in our packaging. Every single mask and collectible is individually wrapped, heavily padded, and secured to ensure it survives international transit.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to rough handling during transit, please contact us at contact@overmakerstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include clear photos of both the box and the product so we can assist you with a replacement or insurance claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows your package is stalled or was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier immediately and notify us so we can help investigate.
