Returns & Refund Policy
Welcome to Over Maker Studio. Our pieces are limited and exclusive; therefore, we operate under specific terms to ensure the security of our transactions and the integrity of our collectibles. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Return Window: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Final Sales: All sales are final. We kindly ask that you choose your pieces carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the timing of the credit depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Qualified Items: Only items sold in perfect condition (without specific "material" or "defective" notations in the original listing) are eligible for returns and refunds.
3. Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

Cancellations: Due to the limited nature of our work, any order cancellation requested by the customer is subject to a US$ 20.00 cancellation fee.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability: For items valued over US$ 75.00, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Transit Damage: If we have agreed to cover return shipping for an item damaged during transit, the maximum refund granted for freight will be US$ 40.00. We recommend using "STANDARD" shipping to stay within this limit.
5. Returned Parcels

Customs & Transit: If a package encounters issues during transit (such as customs delays) and is returned to us, we will attempt to ship the package a second time.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us in Brazil due to a failure to collect it from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the postage fee of the new shipment.
6. Security Protocol
To ensure a secure shopping environment, all orders are subject to security checks. If a security flag is raised, we will contact you via email to request the following:

A photo of your valid driver’s license/ID (name and address must match the order).

A photo of the credit card used for the purchase (showing only the last 4 digits).

A photo of yourself holding a handwritten note with the current date and the names of the items purchased.
7. Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in USD. If your local currency is different, the conversion will be handled at checkout by PayPal or your credit card issuer.
