2. Fan-Made Works & Disclaimer

All products sold by Over Maker Studio are unofficial, fan-made creations inspired by various artistic works, including the band Ghost. Over Maker Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Ghost, its members, management, record labels, or any related entities. Our products are intended solely for collectors, fans, display purposes, and cosplay use. All trademarks, logos, names, and characters associated with Ghost remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Product Variations & Artistry

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and weathering effects may occur. These variations are an inherent part of the artistic process and ensure that each piece is unique. Such differences shall not be considered defects or grounds for a refund or exchange. We have made every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be precise.

4. Orders and Pricing

  • Availability: All orders are subject to availability. Because our items are limited and exclusive, they may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed and charged in USD.

  • Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

5. Security and Identity Verification

As outlined in our Return Policy, we reserve the right to flag any order for a security check. We may cancel any order that fails to pass our verification process or for which requested documentation (ID, card verification, or specific photos) is not provided within the specified timeframe.

All original designs, sculptures, artwork, photographs, and branding created by Over Maker Studio are our intellectual property.

  • No Recasting: Unauthorized reproduction, recasting, molding, 3D scanning, or commercial resale of our creations is strictly prohibited.

  • Usage: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our Service or products for commercial purposes without express written permission.

  • Unlawful Use: You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability
